with 16 gauge knock down frame for 2x4 wall (4 7/8" depth) and ball bearing hinges, locking lever.
The R/O needed is 38"x 81 1/2" for 2x4 wood or 2x4 steel stud wall.
The O/D of the frame is 40"x82"
