EASY INSTALLATION- Rough opening should allow for a Space of 12x12 (for best fit overcut by 6mm). Attach to wall surface using caulking adhesive (not included).
DÉCOR -The white finish, textured exposed surfaces, can be left as is or painted to match the surrounding decor.
USER FRIENDLY- Hinged door is removable from the panel cover frame for even better access.

Product Description
Typically, access panels are installed during the initial construction of a home or a commercial building. However, many times, due to plumbing, electrical or HVAC renovations, new access doors must be installed to provide electricians, plumbers or HVAC technicians with convenient access to concealed systems.
Easy to install by simply applying a caulking adhesive to the back of the frame and pressing it into place

Measure & Draw Template
Rough opening should allow for the space of the cut out neck opening. For best fit overcut by 6mm.
Cut Hole
Cut the area of the wall to be covered. You can use a jab saw to cut the drywall or use a drill to create starter holes.
Caulk Back of Access Panel
Insert the door into the access panel frame and apply acrylic adhesive on the reverse side of the frame.
Sand Wall & Place Panel
Sand the edges of the wall. This will ensure your frame fits securely in the hole. Then push the panel firmly into the hole.
