The BRHPA30X96S1T roof hatch is designed with OSHA life safety in mind and provides easy access to roof areas. The BRHPA30X96S1T is simple to install and operate. The BRHPA30X96S1T curb is manufactured from 11GA aluminum and uses a gas spring to ease the opening of the 11GA aluminum lid. Both the lid and curb come standard with 1” thick rigid insulation. The BRHPA30X96S1T has a continuous gasket for weathertightness. Standard finish is mill.
