Product Description
Typically, access panels are installed during the initial construction of a home or a commercial building. However, many times, due to plumbing, electrical or HVAC renovations, new access doors must be installed to provide electricians, plumbers or HVAC technicians with convenient access to concealed systems.

Measure & Draw Template
Wall opening should allow for the space of the cut out neck opening. Measure exactly the lip in the back of the panel and for great fit overcut by 6mm.
Cut Hole
Cut the area of the wall to be covered. You can use a jab saw to cut the drywall or use a drill to create starter holes.
Caulk Back of Access Panel
Insert the door into the access panel frame and apply acrylic adhesive on the reverse side of the frame.
Sand Wall & Place Panel
Sand the edges of the wall. This will ensure your frame fits securely in the hole. Then push the panel firmly into the hole.
