Comes with the Stanley Swing Guard Daughter Board installed. Not all IQ controls come with this installed so if your swing door has the Stanley Swing Guard Sensors the Daughter Board must be installed in the control in order for
these sensors to work
Removed from a swing pair or double egress pair, sorry can’t remember, but obviously can be reprogrammed for single, double, double egress swing door or a slider or telescoping.
It was removed because the motors were going bad and was going to be retrofitted with a different brand.
Stanley magic force motors are garbage and wear out prematurely but the IQ controls are proving to be very reliable unlike the previous MC521 controls.
Also, the correct name for this control is the IQ control, not MC521 IQ. The MC521 designation is only for the control made prior to the IQ.
VERY IMPORTANT!!!! IQ CONTROLS ONLY WORK WITH MOTORS THAT HAVE THE WHITE ENCODER !! THE PREVIOUS MC521 CONTROLS WITH THE YELLOW AND BLACK FACE CANNOT BE REPLACED WITH AN IQ CONTROL, IT WILL NOT WORK UNLESS YOU CHANGE
THE BLACK ENCODER ON THE MOTOR WITH A WHITE ENCODER.

Once I receive it I will inspect it to make sure it is the original one shown in pics and test it.
