    Description

    This unit is in very good condition. Size 84 in. x 84 in. (7 ft. x 7 ft.). Mounts inside door jamb using the top mounted stainless steel gravity hinges shipped in a box inside the wood reinforced shipping container. Includes note on attaching door to hinge see last photo included with this solicitation a piece of small material and screws will be needed to secure door to hinge not included. The hinge type is the optional 260 degree that allows the door to swing even further into the room you are entering for tight turns, the 48 in. high HDPE impact panels are full door width and provide excellent protection for door and conveniently will flow over the top of a loaded pallet and no worry about breaking lower hinges like other style doors have and are always breaking or taking up valuable door space. USDA accepted perfect for food and dry goods Wearhouse applications. Unit was installed 2 weeks only and has been in storage since November 2010 so there is a little folding of bulb gasket and slight bellowing in HDPE panel and trifle in top inside vinyl corner from sitting once hung a little warm climate change should relax any folds. Bi-Parting door has a C-Frame style 22 in. x 22 in. polycarbonate window centered there are scratches on window and HDPE panels but are minor. Unit overlaps 3" in center when closed, top and bottom door wipers.
    Made in the USA by TMI shortly after they bought out Curtron Industries this unit carries the Curtron name and Model Number that TMI kept.
