Telephone Directory U. S. Government Agencies Vietnam September 1965.... Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope. Unique, possibly one of a kind. Colonel Willie Casper was a 3 War Veteran who had a long Military career including three tours of Vietnam. He resided in Mineral Wells,  Texas and was based out of Ft. Wolters. This rare telephone directory is in excellent condition for it's age. Slight bend from being opened/used. Slight paper fray where paper was bonded together when new. Very few, extremely minor spots on covers. One card torn out of back where he would have sent in any changes for his listing in the next years Directory. Stamped with Colonel Casper's official stamp (at the time) of Lt. Colonel Artillery. Directly purchased from the Estate Sale of Colonel Casper. Important, rare Historical document. Not likely to find another!
